As part of our commitment to provide exceptional service and reliability to our customers, GoToConnect will be conducting service maintenance on the following date and time listed below. Our team will be taking all appropriate actions to minimize service interruptions during this event.

Date and Time: February 20, 2021, 6:00 AM UTC to 10:00 AM UTC

Purpose: This maintenance is to ensure and maintain system performance and stability.

Duration: All maintenance will be performed within the 4 hour maintenance window.

What to expect: At some point during the maintenance window, users may not be able to start or join meeting sessions. In-Flight meetings and any other GoToConnect component will remain unaffected.

To avoid impact to your service, we recommend you schedule meeting sessions for a time outside the planned testing windows and move any scheduled sessions outside of the testing windows as well.

Monitoring - The Network Operation Center has completed our necessary remediation efforts and we believe that service has been restored. We will send another update soon as we completely test our Applications and alerts have cleared.

Investigating - We are actively investigating reports that some GoToConnect customers are facing issues when trying to log in and out of call queues and accessing the call queue settings in the administration portal.
Our engineers are working to resolve the issue and will provide another update shortly.
