As part of our commitment to provide exceptional service and reliability to our customers, GoTo Connect will be conducting service maintenance on the following date and time listed below. Our team will be taking all appropriate actions to minimize service interruptions during this event.

Date and Time: November 26, 2022, 4:00 AM UTC to 8:00 AM UTC

Purpose: This maintenance is to ensure and maintain system performance and stability.

Duration: All maintenance will be performed within the 4-hour maintenance window.

What to expect: During the maintenance window GoTo Connect customers will not be able to schedule, start or join meeting sessions. To avoid impacts to your service, please schedule online meeting sessions outside of the maintenance window.

Resolved - From 09/30/2022, 00:23 UTC until 01:20 UTC, a subset of GoTo Connect customers may have experienced outbound call failures to some PSTN destinations. Immediately after the root cause of the issue was discovered, it was promptly fixed.

We have confirmed that the issue has been resolved completely and all systems are 100% operational at this time.

We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to help prevent or minimize future recurrence.
