On 05/03/2022, from 02:09 UTC until 17:17 UTC, a subset of GoTo customers might have experienced issues when accessing Contact Center real-time and analytics sections.

In the process of bringing many of our customers the best experience of our new GoTo Contact Center, we unintentionally enabled the new experience early for a subset of our customers. We apologize for the inconvenience, and we have rolled back larger accounts to the previous version for the time being. We have confirmed that the issue has been resolved completely and all systems are 100% operational at this time.

For any Insight Center accounts which were not rolled back and that lost temporarily access to real-time and analytics, your admin will need to assign a Supervisor role and Agent role to take advantage of the new GoTo Contact Complete experience.
