On 03/11/2022, from approximately 10:02 AM UTC until 10:55 AM UTC, a subset of GoToConnect customers in EMEA region might have experienced call failures on the the GoTo Desktop & WebApp.

We have confirmed that the issue has been resolved completely and all systems are 100% operational at this time.

We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to help prevent or minimise future recurrence.
