Our engineers have identified the issue and are now actively working towards a resolution.

As workaround for calls, users can manually input the number or extension to transfer the call or start a call.

We are actively investigating reports that some GoTo Connect customers may be unable to load the SMS page, add/edit/favorite contacts. Contact searching is also slow.
