As part of our commitment to provide exceptional service and reliability to our customers, GoToConnect will be conducting service maintenance on the following date and time listed below. Our team will be taking all appropriate actions to minimize service interruptions during this event.
Date and Time: November 13, 2021, 5:00 AM UTC to 11:00 AM UTC
Purpose: This maintenance is to ensure and maintain system performance and stability.
Duration: All maintenance will be performed within the 6-hour maintenance window.
What to expect: At some point during the maintenance window, users may not be able to start or join meeting sessions for a period of 2 hours. In-Flight meetings and any other GoToConnect component will remain unaffected.
To avoid impact to your service, we recommend you schedule meeting sessions for a time outside the planned testing windows and move any scheduled sessions outside of the testing windows as well.
